Everything you need to grind. Nothing is given.

Getting Started

You need a Solana wallet (Phantom) holding at least 1,000 $GRIND. That is the access gate, re-checked every 30 minutes; drop below it and your session ends with a buy prompt.

  1. Connect your wallet and sign the login message. No email, no password — your wallet is your account.
  2. You spawn in Mintvale, the safe hub. Visit the Bounty Ledger, the Vault, and Forgemaster Brann's smithy.
  3. Pick a skill and start grinding. Nothing is given. Everything is ground.

The Grind (Skills)

There are eight use-based skills, levels 1 to 100, on an exponential curve. You level a skill by doing it:

Success scales with your level against the tier of what you are working. Past 200 actions per hour on the same kind of node, XP diminishes — the Mill does not reward mindless repetition.

Zones

Six zones, joined by portals at their edges.

Combat & Death

Combat is server-authoritative and resolves on a 600ms tick. Click an enemy to auto-path and engage; rolls, loot, and XP are all decided on the server.

Death depends on where you fall. In a PvP zone, full loot drops into a Bagstone ("You dropped your bag.") that anyone can scoop for five minutes before it decays — your purse included. Die to a beast in a safe zone and you wake at the Last Fountain, keep your items, and take a 10% durability hit.

Dustweaving

Magic runs on Aetherdust, released as a bonus while you grind. Spells are learned from scrolls (mob drops), consumed on learning. Eight in all:

  1. Burn — fire bolt
  2. Pump — self haste
  3. Dump — knockback blast
  4. Hedge — absorb shield
  5. Mint — conjure food (heal over time)
  6. Fork — decoy clone
  7. Moonshot — short blink
  8. Liquidate — execute (bonus damage under 25% HP)

Economy (Grist & Marketplace)

Two currencies. GRIST is off-chain in-game gold (mob loot, bounties, contracts, vendor sales, the Wheel, Pit prizes). $GRIND is the on-chain SPL token.

The marketplace lets you list Grist priced in $GRIND. A buyer pays one on-chain transaction that splits automatically: 95% to you, 5% to the treasury. Your Grist is escrowed when you list and released only after the server verifies the payment as finalized — never on a client's say-so.

The Miller's Payout

Every Candlefall (the weekly reset), the Mill pays out real treasury revenue in $GRIND — funded only by the 5% marketplace fees, the 50% wheel share, and creator-fee deposits. The pool is capped at what the treasury can actually back.

If revenue is zero, the payout is zero. Nothing is minted. To qualify you must have held 1,000 $GRIND all week, have an account older than seven days, and stay clear of the bot heuristics. Wash-traded and PvP-farmed XP does not count.

The Miller's Wheel

A casino spinner in Mintvale, kept by the masked Wheelwarden. One free spin every 12 hours (requires average skill level 5). Extra spins cost $3 of $GRIND at the live price.

Half of every paid spin is burned; the other half goes to the treasury. The twenty segments hold one Grist jackpot, three small Grist prizes, and sixteen resource rewards. The RNG is server-side only.

Housing (Stakes)

Sink a Stake on a plot in Evergreen Reach (one per wallet). It costs Grist plus materials and gives you 20 slots of secure storage — secure meaning it survives PvP death — and a crafting station.

A Stake owes a weekly Grist upkeep: the Tithe. Leave it unpaid for 14 days and the house gets rugged: it decays and its contents spill into a Bagstone.

Karma

Everyone starts Verified (white name). Kill a Verified player in a PvP zone and you turn Rugborn (red name) for 30 minutes: attackable by all, banned from Mintvale, and killed on sight by the Auditors of the Diamond Hand. Repeat kills extend the timer. Red-on-red carries no penalty.

FAQ

Do I need $GRIND to play? Yes — hold at least 1,000, re-checked every 30 minutes.

Is my Grist worth real money? Grist is in-game gold. You convert it to $GRIND by selling on the marketplace (95% to you).

Can I lose my items? In PvP zones, yes — death drops a full-loot Bagstone. Safe zones and the Pit never cost you items.

How are payouts funded? Only from real treasury revenue. Never minted. If the week earned nothing, the payout is nothing.

Is it pay-to-win? The gate is an access key, not power. Everything that makes you stronger is ground, not bought.
